SCC-100/A
The PhotoTelesis® SCC-100/A is a PCMCIA communications subsystem card that
provides a single high speed synchronous or asynchronous interface for the
robust PTAC™ protocol over direct, line-of-sight (LOS), and DASA and DAMA SATCOM channels. Combined with the PhotoTelesis ICE™ software
package, the SCC-100 can send and receive images and data securely and robustly
over noisy (10% BER) tactical channels in either half-duplex or simplex
modes. ICE with the SCC-100/A gives
your laptop PC total PhotoTelesis capability. The SCC-100/A also
supports the government standard TACO2 (MIL-STD2045-44500) protocol for
cross-platform interoperability and is protocol-compatible with the
PhotoTelesis DP-EIS™, EIS™, CIS™, and EIS-3™.
